This is a little brooch I made while teaching at the Quilt Museum for Fiber Arts. I was teaching my beaded brooch techniques..easily adaptable to edging small art quilts and other fiber pieces. I taught in the "lambing shed" a wonderful little building with views of the historic timber frame barn that will soon be converted to our new exhibition space.
This little gal is about an inch and a half long by an inch wide..not including her wild hair. I picked up the face button at the
NQA show in Columbus last Spring...so fun!
